Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each resident with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care. CNAs also offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement.

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE (preferred).
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience (preferred).
