Schedule:
7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 36 hours weekly. The LPN works under RN direction, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, documents using real‑time EMR, and participates in rounding, hand‑offs, and safety checks to ensure patient care goals are met.
The role requires graduation from an accredited practical nurse program and Indiana LPN licensure with BLS; one year of healthcare experience is preferred.
