Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Richmond, IN. The Maintenance Technician will handle day-to-day responsibilities, such as performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting timely repairs on buildings and systems. Additional duties involve responding to service requests, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and collaborating with the property management team to enhance the safety and comfort of residents.

The role may require operating tools and equipment and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
  • Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks efficiently
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety standards applicable to the maintenance field
  • Prior experience in property maintenance or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities
  • High school diploma or GED required; certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
