Is This You?
Do you have 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)?
Do you hold an EPA Universal Certification?
Do you know HVAC best practices and local codes inside and out?
Are you fluent across HVAC functions—airflow, combustion, refrigeration, and electrical?
Do you have a valid driver’s license and a customer-first mindset?
What You’ll Work OnDeliver an exceptional service experience through efficient work and effective communication with homeowners.
Diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential systems: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water hydronic, oil, high-velocity, geothermal, and ductless.
Use specialized diagnostic tools to tackle airflow balancing, fuel delivery, refrigerant levels, and electrical issues.
Keep your vehicle stocked to complete flat-rate repairs on the first visit whenever possible.
Support the development of junior service technicians.
Adhere to Ace Hardware Home Services (AHHS) procedures and service department administrative steps.
Work within the Service Titan platform for dispatch, estimates, and records.
