Maintenance Technician

Richmond, INShift: 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings Pay: $28.00-$45.00/hour (based on experience)
A well-established manufacturing company in Richmond, Indiana is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join its growing maintenance team. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Install, replace, and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other industrial equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.

Perform welding and fabrication as needed.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Accurately document repairs and maintenance performed.

What We're Looking For Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.

Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Welding, fabrication, and PLC troubleshooting experience are a plus.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Strong commitment to safety and quality.
