Join a premier industrial manufacturing facility and lead the technical maintenance of advanced electrical systems, control panels, and automated machinery. This full-time 2nd shift role offers an opportunity to troubleshoot cutting-edge equipment, drive daily operational success, and make an immediate impact on high-volume production.

• Competitive Pay:
  Starting rate up to $32.75/hr based on experience.

  Dependable 2nd shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) with optional, non-mandatory overtime.

• Diagnose & Repair:
  Identify root causes of electrical or electronic malfunctions and perform necessary repairs on control panels, circuits, and specialized equipment.
• Calibrate & Maintain:
  Calibrate, test, and perform preventive maintenance on sensitive instruments, electronic apparatus, and automated systems.
• Install & Modify:
  Lay conduit, run wiring, and assemble electrical components following detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect & Record:
  Perform routine equipment inspections and accurately log maintenance data within an enterprise asset management (EAM) system.
• Operate & Support:
  Safely operate material handling equipment, such as fork trucks and motorized carts, to move parts and support machine relocation or installation.

Working hours:

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• PLC Expertise:
  Hands-on experience troubleshooting and programming Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
• Computer Literacy:
  Familiarity with logging, tracking, and processing maintenance records using EAM software.

• High School

• 4-7 years

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Completed 2+ years of technical training in electronics plus 2 years of technician experience, a 4-year electronic apprenticeship, OR a minimum of 10 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong working knowledge of power distribution panels, semiconductor systems, simple closed-loop controls, and PLCs.
• Certifications & Licensures:
  Valid driver?s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a fork truck license.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights using ladders/lifts, and operate manual and power hand tools in restricted spaces.
