MBA/MSBA CMC Office Manager

Position Summary This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the FTMBA / MSBA Career Management Center (CMC). The role reports 50% to the Director of the CMC and 50% to the Associate Director of Corporate Relations. It is responsible for maintaining the internal functions of the CMC while engaging with external stakeholders to foster relationships and support career development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations, including reviewing and processing student expenses and reimbursement documents.
  • Collaborate with Terry’s Business Office to supply supporting documentation for financial transactions and track budget spending.
  • Communicate with staff and faculty to reserve spaces for events and meetings, and manage vendor contracts.
  • Monitor office supplies and order materials as needed.
  • Maintain office space, including storage, kitchen, and interview suites.
  • Manage, execute, evaluate, and improve complex logistics for CMC-sponsored events, including venue scheduling and campus resource allocation.
  • Market program-sponsored events to FTMBA / MSBA students and track participation.
  • Arrange catering, handle invoicing and payment processing, manage transportation logistics, and support virtual event technology.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the Terry Business Office and communicate with the Business Learning Community management team for upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Support recruiting operations by reserving and calendaring campus resources such as classrooms, interview suites, and conference rooms.
  • Support student career preparation operations: ensure advising appointments run smoothly, manage vendor contracts, maintain student resume books, and coordinate production of print materials.
  • Manage reception and provide high-touch customer service to students, recruiters, alumni, and faculty representatives.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule program student workers, and monitor performance to manage workflow and ensure a professional environment.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
