The Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) located in Richmond Kentucky is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual who will work as a Resource Management Analyst I (RMA I) in the Records Section within the Administration Division.
Responsibilities- Works closely with agency officer by acting as liaison between the Records Section and Information Technology projects.
- Provides direction in managing information resources for the Records Section and agency,specifically SharePoint, Outlook, OnBase, TASS II, Blackboard, LETRS and internal network drives.
- Works closely with agency records officer to ensure that information (data and record) systems are managed in accordance with public records laws.
- Assists with Open Records Requests by analyzing information needs and monitoring alternatives for collection, manipulation, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of information and develops recommendations accordingly.
- Applies agency methods, procedures, rules regulations and legislative and regulatory changes for impact onagency Records Information Systems.
- Coordinates agency information resource activities by assisting
Information Technology personnel with scanning equipment and records technology requirements. - Assists the Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon Justice Program Administrator as needed.
- Specifically, assists the JPA program manager in determining information and data requirements and communicates those needs toinformation systems staff.
- Assists the Administrative Supervisor in Records in determining information and data requirements and communicates those needs to information system staff.
- Acts as the agency Records Officer in the Records Custodian's absence.
- Acts as the Justice Program Administrator for the CCDW program in the CCDW JPA's absence.
- Recommends to supervisor opportunities forsharing information resources through the development of interdepartmental systems.
- Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements- EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
