Utilize data and user feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation, continuously iterating to elevate the overall learning experience.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert:
Act as the go‑to resource for customer‑facing teams (sales, support, and customer success) by developing internal enablement assets and delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:
Work closely with product managers to deeply understand new features and roadmap plans, while partnering with marketing and sales to support comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies.

Ability to think strategically and seamlessly translate highly complex product features into clear, actionable, and engaging training content.
  • Communication

    Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural talent for storytelling and simplifying technical concepts.
  • Technical Acumen:
Ability to quickly grasp, master, and explain new software products, architectures, and features without needing to be an engineer.
  • User‑Centric Mindset: A strong passion for understanding and improving the user experience, particularly through high‑quality education and self‑service resources.
