Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Change Management

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs, and/or supports projects as defined by role
• Drives the elicitation/build of business needs (requirements/user stories) and testing strategies
• Responsible for collection and interpretation of business requirements/user stories
• Partnering with multiple stakeholders aligning business needs and expectations
• Responsible for guiding the business needs in collaboration with the technical team regarding testing strategy
• Supports applicable policy and procedure documentation
• Provides consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management
• Develops and maintains all applicable policy and procedure documentation
• Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• University / college degree, or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
