The Consumer Product Operations Specialist
Base Pay Range: $62,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary onboarding guide for dealership partners during the transition from legacy systems to the new e‑commerce suite.
- Navigate and manage stakeholder relationships within dealerships and dealer groups to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Provide strategic consulting to dealerships and OEM partners, ensuring their operational approach aligns with long‑term business goals.
- Coordinate communication between internal technical teams, field sales representatives, and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, “plain‑English” instructions for non‑technical personnel.
- Execute end‑to‑end technical setup for e‑commerce websites, including domain management, DNS configuration, and visual quality assurance.
- Assist with and audit platform plumbing, inventory file ingestion, and complex pricing logic to guarantee data accuracy.
- Manage the setup and testing of merchant accounts and payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Braintree) to ensure secure transaction flows.
- Configure and validate third‑party integrations such as service scheduling tools for a unified consumer experience.
- Act as the primary authority for troubleshooting, identifying process gaps, and handling high‑stakes complaints.
- Build and deploy consumer‑facing promotions and pricing rules within the CMS with rigorous pre‑release testing.
- Maintain a high volume of concurrent implementations, balancing priorities and strict go‑live deadlines.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in client‑facing technical project management, digital agency operations, or e‑commerce onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management, including navigating diverse client personalities.
- Industry experience in automotive, dealership, digital agency, or e‑commerce sectors.
- Basic understanding of web architecture and systems.
- Experience navigating organizational change or platform migrations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable instructions for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage high‑volume, concurrent implementations while balancing competing priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to technical configuration errors or platform transitions.
- Understand and manage relationships between domain management, DNS configuration, and data integrations.
- Provide a white‑glove experience as a primary project consultant.
- Exceptional attention to detail in configuring and testing financial workflows, payment processors, and pricing logic.
- Adapt quickly to organizational change and platform migrations in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Primary work performed remotely; may require early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Travel less than 10% as needed.
Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution). Commission, bonus, or profit sharing may also be included.
