What you'll do
  • Assist in the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential risks or issues.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes and team dynamics.
  • Help coordinate resources, including team members, tools, and materials, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Document project processes, decisions, and changes, maintaining accurate records for future reference and analysis.
  • Support the development of project presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for articulating ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
