Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

• Establish and execute a vision for delivering information and analytics to key stakeholders
• Provide acute back-end operational support, including coordinator duties, KPI scorecards, executive status, cash performance metrics, TIPS reporting, project coordination, and performance monitoring
• Lead and attend stakeholder meetings to drive outcomes
• Serve as Working on the Business coordinator for Acute Back End Operations
• Compile and analyze Acute Backend scorecards for leadership review
• Create executive summaries and net-new operational performance reports
• Provide TIPS reporting, review, and analysis to leadership
• Support operational leadership with centralized reporting needs and projects
• Coordinate ad hoc requests from operations and executive leaders
• Track and reconcile SLAs, monitor performance, and prepare corporate communications and operating reviews
• Analyze financial and business performance against key metrics
• Identify financial/operational opportunities and cost-saving measures
• Establish monitoring and reporting controls
• Evaluate processes and tools and propose efficiency improvements
• Coordinate operational objectives and complete action plans
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, and resources
• Communicate project risks, barriers, and progress to stakeholders
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships and comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare proformas for service-line and staffing-structure changes
• Anticipate executive leadership needs through records, reports, data, correspondence, confidential matters, and ad hoc reporting
• Inform executive leadership of potential operational problems
• Research data nuances, determine patterns, quantify impact, verify reporting accuracy, and propose solutions for registration issues
• Analyze variances and trends to identify problems

• 5 to 7 years of job experience
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) required
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel
• Proficiency with Business Objects
• Proficiency with SQL
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process and technological improvements
• Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
• Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
