We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to own our Salesforce instance end to end. You will be the technical owner of the platform that runs our go-to-market motion. You will be a part of our Business Operations team and report directly to our Senior Director of Operations. This is a hands‑on ownership role, not an advisory one. You will inherit a mature, actively used org with automations, integrations, and reporting dependencies, and you will be responsible for keeping it healthy, making it better, and expanding it to support our multi-product go-to-market strategy across ticketing, fundraising, and websites and mobile apps.

The person who succeeds here is someone who has done this at more than one company, can reverse‑engineer an unfamiliar org, can receive business requirements directly from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, and can then design, build, test, and ship the change themselves. We are hiring for judgment and ownership as much as for build skill. You will be the person the business asks “can Salesforce do this?”

• Ownership of the Salesforce instance: declarative configuration, permission sets and profiles, page layouts, record types, sharing rules, sandbox strategy, and release management.
• Maintain and stabilize: inherit the existing automation footprint (Flows, validation rules, assignment logic, approval processes), document what exists, retire what’s redundant, and eliminate the technical debt that accumulates in any fast‑moving org.
• Improve and expand: identify friction in how our reps and CS team actually work, propose the fix, and ship it. Reduce clicks, improve data quality, and make the system reflect how the business actually sells.
• Build out our multi-product GTM in Salesforce: design the data model, opportunity architecture, product catalog, and pipeline structure required to sell, renew, and report on multiple products to the same school and district accounts. This includes cross‑sell and upsell motion, product‑level revenue reporting, bundling, and renewal architecture.
