A leading Midwest general contractor is expanding its Mission Critical division and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help deliver complex, large-scale data center and critical infrastructure projects across Ohio and the surrounding region.

The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the primary client contact while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale mission critical and data center construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts and risk mitigation plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration.
- Work closely with field leadership to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Drive project performance, quality standards and financial outcomes.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers and other team members.
- Support preconstruction and business development efforts where required.
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing or other complex commercial projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at $50M+.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred.
