Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable Construction General Labor to performing general labor duties such as cleanup, trash removal, and assisting moving equipment and materials.
This is a Second Chance company and a felon-friendly employer. Applicants with prior convictions are encouraged to apply and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform general construction labor duties including:
- Sweeping and job site cleanup
- Collecting, hauling, and disposing of trash and debris
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting with basic labor tasks as assigned
- Follow all company and job site rules and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Comfortable working around construction equipment and active job sites
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform light to moderate physical labor
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
