MEP Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience, or 8+ years of relevant construction experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or CMIC.

Strong communication, scheduling, resource management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel up to 60%.

• Lead project safety initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, estimates, and profitability.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Track project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Approve invoices, manage procurement, and oversee expenditures.
• Administer change orders and cost impacts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and productivity tracking.
• Resolve project challenges and drive successful project delivery.

• Experience - 5+ years of MEP construction project management experience
• Experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes from preconstruction through closeout
• Background on data center, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, or large commercial projects
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track record of coordinating subcontractors and driving project delivery

• Technical Skills - Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes
• Experience with commissioning, turnover, and QA/QC activities
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel
• Ability to review drawings, identify issues, and coordinate solutions

• Soft Skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication with clients, owners, contractors, and trade partners
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments

• Travel Requirements - Willingness to travel up to 75% or full-time based on project needs
