Job Details / Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects from start to completion
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and daily operations
- Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs and compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate with pre-construction, design, and project management teams
- Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results
- All other duties as assigned to support successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of construction processes including earthwork, concrete, structural steel, and design-build methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Local or willing to work primarily in the Kentucky region
