Customer Service Representative

The following general description applies to all Customer Service Representatives. Please read the information listed below.

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. The position offers flexible schedules that work with you, not against you, and can be part or full time. You will operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and clean equipment and facilities regularly. You will also communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally, over the phone, and in person using our touch screen computer system.

Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person on our touch screen computer system. Applicants must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone.

Applicant must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Possess verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements lity to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people, using your attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place at the right time.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority; you must have a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• A great role model – your punctuality, attitude towards customers and co‑workers, and dress code sets high standards for yourself and the team.
• Stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. While the schedule is flexible, you must be willing to work when the team needs you the most.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
