Office Manager- Green Up St. Petersburg, FL

Based in Orlando, Florida, Massey Services is a leading provider of Pest Prevention, Termite Protection, Landscape and Irrigation Services to customers across the Southeast.

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical & Dental, 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacations, sick days, holidays, tuition reimbursement, direct deposit, short- and long-term disability, and more.

• Answer incoming customer calls courteously and professionally; resolve inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule service.
• Welcome prospective new customers interested in learning about services.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Prepare daily reports and update customer account information.
• Perform accounts payable, human resources paperwork, and payroll processing duties as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience with customer service on the phone.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10‑key skills.
• Time‑management talent and sense of urgency.
• Will pass background checks.
