The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated Call Center Specialist for a full-time, 40-hour week position. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, transfer and message as needed, and schedule appointments per physician profiles.
Required HS/GED with strong written communication, organizational skills, and teamwork. Experience in customer service and familiarity with insurance/billing are preferred.
