PetWOW is seeking a Customer Care Center Representative to be the first point of contact for clients across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. You will assist with scheduling, answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide clients through pets’ care needs across medical, grooming, and preventative services.
The role requires organization, composure under pressure, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules and locations within a 15-mile radius.
