Front Desk Agent
Studio 6 Catonsville, MD – Baltimore West is located off interstate 695. BWI Airport is a 16 minute drive. Nearby are shopping sites, eateries, and attractions.
$15.00 – $20.00 hourly. Shift: Full-time / Part-time.
The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, process payments, welcome guests, manage guest information, distribute room keys, answer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.
Qualifications- Positive, friendly, authentic, caring, thoughtful.
- Dependable and motivated.
- Strong customer service skills, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
