The Site Inspector supports a U.S. Federal program by visiting healthcare provider locations to confirm basic operational details. Inspectors follow step-by-step guidelines provided during training and document observations using a mobile application.
All inspections are conducted using clear instructions, checklists, and CMS-approved procedures

Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned provider locations locally
- Observe and document site conditions (signage, office setup, hours, etc.)
- Take geo-tagged photos using a mobile application
- Follow simple inspection checklists provided during training
- Communicate professionally and politely when on-site
- Submit inspection reports on time through the mobile system
- Follow safety, confidentiality, and federal compliance guidelines
