Position Overview

The Site Inspector supports a U.S. Federal program by visiting healthcare provider locations to confirm basic operational details. Inspectors follow step-by-step guidelines provided during training and document observations using a mobile application.

All inspections are conducted using clear instructions, checklists, and CMS-approved procedures
. This role focuses on observation and documentation
, not enforcement or decision-making.

No medical, law enforcement, or regulatory background is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned provider locations locally
  • Observe and document site conditions (signage, office setup, hours, etc.)
  • Take geo-tagged photos using a mobile application
  • Follow simple inspection checklists provided during training
  • Communicate professionally and politely when on-site
  • Submit inspection reports on time through the mobile system
  • Follow safety, confidentiality, and federal compliance guidelines
