Salary Range: $64,963.00 – $
We are seeking a qualified faculty member to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Management and Entrepreneurship, provide student advising, participate in department activities, and contribute to campus service initiatives. The position will involve classroom and online instruction, student assessment, and scholarly engagement.
Minimum Qualifications- Ph.D. or DBA in Management or a related field (or expected to obtain the degree within one semester of appointment).
- Teaching experience in undergraduate Management courses.
- Demonstrated teaching excellence, supported by student evaluations.
- Professional experience in Entrepreneurship or Management.
- Familiarity with online or web‑supported course delivery methods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
- Teaching experience in graduate-level Entrepreneurship or Management courses.
- Evidence of current scholarly activity.
- Experience teaching effectively in online or Hyflex formats.
- Demonstrated positive student impacts outside the classroom.
- Understanding and appreciation of liberal education and a global perspective.
