High School Leader

ACE Academy Community school has an immediate opening for a School Leader – Full Time for the SY . ACE Community Academy is located in Middlefield, Ohio. The High School is a program where students work in agricultural fields of study and complete their core academic requirements through an online platform. Students report to the building every day and work in the classroom.

ACE is looking for a high school principal to manage and oversee the execution of all facets of academic and operations for the school. This is a key position responsible for ensuring all goals are accomplished including the delivery of sound educational programs and quality learning experience for our in-person and online students while meeting all state and Ohio Department of Education policies and law.

• Research-based exemplary practices in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required (oral and written).
• Experience with analyzing quantitative and qualitative measures of learning required.
• Monitoring for student achievement.
• Learning Focused Strategies.
• Short- and Long-Term Strategic Planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the ACE Community Academy Program in written and oral form, including electronic media, using positive interpersonal skills.
• Highly skilled at implementing exemplary educational practices resulting in demonstrated student achievement gains.
• Must pass required background checks.

Salary and daily work schedule as well as terms and conditions of employment shall be determined by the Executive Director and ACE Academy Board of Directors.
