Southside Baptist Church in Kentucky is seeking a Worship & Education Pastor to lead the worship and education ministries under the Senior Pastor. This role focuses on developing Christ-centered worship, equipping ministry leaders, and supporting pastoral work.
The pastor will plan services, recruit volunteers, oversee budgets and ministries, provide pastoral care, teach Bible studies, and participate in outreach and evangelism as part of the church’s mission.
