Preferred Qualifications Position SummaryThe Student Engagement and Retention Specialist Position is a central role that helps facilitate and promote student engagement and career readiness opportunities for Franklin College undergraduate students. Situated within the Office of Student Pathways/Engagement and Success, the Student Engagement and Retention Specialist Position works together with the (Student Pathways/Engagement and Success Coordinator) and the Senior Director for the Office of Student Academic Services to create and maintain systems that support student engagement opportunities and initiatives focused on retaining students in the Franklin College s position would be a primary facilitator and contact for routing and tracking MOUs required for Franklin College internship experiences earning academic credit.
