serving aerospace and industrial markets.
To support continued expansion in the United States, we are seeking aproactive and detail-oriented TECHNICAL BUYER
join our Procurement Team at our Ohio manufacturing site.

- Source and purchase technical components, tooling, equipment, and services according to technical specifications and drawings
- Analyze bills of materials (BOM), technical documentation, and engineering requirements
- Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and conduct negotiations
- Ensure supplier compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements
- Manage procurement data within ERP/MRP systems
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams
- Support make-or-buy decisions and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage supplier non-conformities in coordination with quality and engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with export control, contractual, and internal procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or equivalent degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical procurement, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Experience negotiating technical and commercial contracts
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, composites, sheet metal, treatments, etc.) able to quickly run a cost analysis to challenge vendor quotes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SAGE or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Technical mindset with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a regulated and quality-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
