- Ensure products meet our quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.
- Monitor day‑to‑day production results.
- Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements.
- Assist with process troubleshooting and develop corrective action plans.
- Contribute to the design of moderately complex projects and/or handle elements of major projects.
- BSc in Chemical Engineering or any related engineering field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations.
- Relevant internships, placements, or work experience are useful but not essential.
The annual pay range estimated for this position is $82,053.60 - $ and is bonus eligible.
