• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must.

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience.
• Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Jump in to support the team where needed – restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
• Live Topgolf values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day, ensuring every player has an exceptional time and every playmaker feels supported.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays up and down different elevations and stairs.
• Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• On your feet for most of the day, walking throughout the shift.
• Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities with a can‑do attitude.
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume working environment.
