Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
Under moderate supervision, this position provides analysis to the particular area of the business that it supports. It analyzes and reports on monthly financial statements, maintains databases and other sources of information, and supports strategic projects leveraging financial and analytic capabilities.
Key responsibilities include supporting strategic projects that leverage financial and analytic capabilities, assisting in the budget process, and responding to ad hoc reporting requests and questions from users of the financial reports.

Education- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration, or Computer Science or related area OR 10 years relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively testing for certification.

Physical and Environmental DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Medium work requirements include exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and a greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in excess of those for sedentary work. In practice, the workload may require walking, standing, and carrying light materials, along with occasional pushing or pulling of arm or leg controls.
Mechanical lifting devices such as carts, dollies, or team lifts should be utilized. Employees must also be able to stoop, bend, reach, and grab with arms and hands, display manual dexterity, sit for prolonged periods, travel throughout and between facilities, and work a flexible schedule (e.g., more than eight hours a day).
Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissue. Employees are not required to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid. There is no occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases. However, as part of the healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste, including receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning, or disposal of contaminated waste.
