Financial Account Operations Specialist

• Manage Rx Guarantee EFT/check payment processes
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly payment processing and approvals
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Treasury, S/AM, and Finance
• Respond to customer payment inquiries
• Track payment status and resolve payment issues
• Receive, validate, and enter information into Finance systems
• Maintain audit documentation and payment records
• Maintain internal controls and tracking reports for reconciliations and analysis
• Monitor and update controls to ensure compliance
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve complex and varied work-process issues
• Interpret and communicate departmental and organizational policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
• PBM billing experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
• Experience with financial controls preferred
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred
• Ability to work virtually while attending required in-person training
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting-location office unless legally required accommodation is granted

Demonstrates expertise in managing payment processes, maintaining financial controls, and conducting independent analysis to resolve complex issues. Proficient in coordinating with various departments and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
