Psycho Geriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Therapist (Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW) to provide compassionate mental health care in skilled nursing and long-term care environments across multiple PA locations. No on-call, with a Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
You will work autonomously yet with strong clinical and administrative support, delivering individual and family counseling and coordinating care with nursing and facility teams.
