The Event Catering Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and executing catering services for a diverse range of events including corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. This position involves overseeing medium-sized catering teams of 6-15 people, coordinating vendors, planning menus, and ensuring seamless event setups. The coordinator frequently travels to event sites and utilizes catering management software alongside manual scheduling and third-party platforms to deliver exceptional client experiences.
