Laundry Attendant

Job Description

Mancan is working with a hotel in Millersburg seeking a laundry attendant. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Hours may vary based on the needs of the hotel. Standard shift is 9am-5pm. Pay is $16 per hour. $21 per hour when working on Sundays.

• Operate commercial laundry machines to clean linens, towels, and other laundry items.
• Fold and organize linens, towels, and uniforms according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
• Ensure all laundry items are promptly delivered to the appropriate departments (housekeeping, guest services, etc.).
• Adhere to hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Must be willing to cross train in housekeeping.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move items as needed.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
