The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing the performance, hardware, and software on physical and virtual services hosting various applications, and for the day-to-day IT operations of TFS. This position leads the IT Service Desk function and is responsible for the build out of this function. This is a salaried position and will report to the Chief Information Officer.

• Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Manage the replacement and purchase of new hardware as necessary.
• Oversee the IT Service Desk performance, ensuring business satisfaction with service.
• Evaluate technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
• Manage internal and external communications while being the primary contact of escalation for business issues.
• Ensure the security of TFS systems and data, using best practice methods, tools, and security principles.
• Develop and update security, operations, and infrastructure policies, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Five years of hands‑on technical management experience with IT operations, networking, systems, services, and O365.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
• Proven experience in service performance, critical issue, and service level management
• Preference will be given to candidates with Office 365, Azure, or AWS certifications
