- Support ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday HR application
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configuration changes
- Assist with Workday security administration, including role-based access, access reviews, and audit/compliance support
- Maintain Workday organizational structures aligned with business and HR operating models
- Perform data governance and validation activities to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions
- Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, test changes, and support production releases
- Create and maintain documentation
- Support day-to-day operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process streamlining, and user experience enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Technology Analyst supporting Workday
- Familiarity with Workday HCM configuration, business processes, security, and data structures
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support, including data validation, reporting, audit support, application security, organizational hierarchy management, and data quality/governance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small team
- Understanding of HR processes and data management principles preferred
- Experience working in a production support or application management environment preferred
- Familiarity with change management, release processes, and testing methodologies preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities support effective collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
