As a Mar Tech Manager at Welcome Pickups, you will be owning the technical backbone connecting our customer data to the platforms our Commercial team runs on - Braze, Hub Spot, and the tooling around them - and acting as the technical bridge between Commercial and our central Product team. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role: it builds and maintains the data pipelines, integrations, and platform infrastructure that CRM and Marketing depend on, implementing the requirements and tooling decisions the CRM team sets rather than setting them independently.

This role owns the data, pipelines, and platform administration behind Commercial's marketing technology - keeping customer data clean, audiences flowing reliably into Braze, Hub Spot, Google, and Meta, and the stack running day‑to‑day - while campaign strategy, content, and budget stay with CRM and Marketing.

• Own the technical architecture of the customer database — how data is captured from Braze, Hub Spot, site, product, and other sources, and how it's structured and kept clean.
• Define identity resolution, consent, and suppression logic for marketing data flows, partnering with Data and Engineering.
• Build and maintain the marketing activation layer on top of the data warehouse — defining and delivering the customer attributes and audiences CRM and Marketing need, to their specifications.
• Own the pipelines that push audiences and attributes from the warehouse into Braze, Hub Spot, Google, and Meta, and the engagement data flowing back in, including coverage, freshness, and failure handling.
