Senior Logistics Planner – Exercise Lifecycle & COA Expert

• Integrate logistics functions into the planning, coordination, and execution of collective training exercises
• Support the client across the entire Exercise Lifecycle
• Shape early operational concepts and align logistics requirements with exercise objectives
• Synchronize sustainment activities during exercise preparation and execution
• Contribute to post-exercise analysis and refine future support strategies
• Collaborate continuously with exercise planners, operational staff, and external partners
• Anticipate, resource, and employ logistical considerations to enable mission outcomes
• Develop and evaluate logistics-focused Courses of Action, Concepts of Support, and strategic assessments
• Coordinate, monitor, and assess logistics plan impacts, capability requirements, and mission support needs
• Deliver subject matter expertise, analytic input, and feedback for logistics plans, concepts, and strategy documents
• Participate in planning conferences, synchronization meetings, and required Exercise Lifecycle Events
• Coordinate with DoD components, interagency partners, other services, and organizations to integrate logistics support across mission areas

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, planning, and operations
• 3+ years of experience in a Staff Level division or Headquarters command
• Experience with developing logistics Courses of Action (COA) and Concepts of Support (COS)
• Knowledge of Army Plans and Operations
• Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods for logistics synchronization processes, procedures, logistics data accuracy, quality, logistics feasibility studies, issues, plans, policies, and guidance
• Knowledge of business management policies, business process analysis methodologies, and concepts, practices, and principles used to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement
• Ability to help solve clients’ priority challenges, including being data-focused
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of the Support Operation Officer (SPO) Course
• Experience with the US Army Reserve is a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Demonstrates extensive expertise in logistics planning and operations, with a strong focus on developing and evaluating logistics Courses of Action and Concepts of Support. Proven ability to integrate logistics functions into training exercises and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve mission objectives.
