  • Maintain end-to-end order flow and oversee customer delivery performance.
  • Lead the development, documentation, and standardization of operational processes, eliminating non–value-added activities.

Distribution & Logistics Oversight

  • Maintain and optimize logistics and warehousing hubs to ensure operational readiness and asset care.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international manufacturing partners to anticipate delays, mitigate risk, and ensure continuity of supply.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure robust safety, security, and regulatory training programs are maintained and consistently executed.
  • Establish and sustain effective internal controls across all operational functions.
  • Ensure facilities and operations comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing leadership teams across operations.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment that drives engagement and performance.
  • Identify talent capabilities and provide coaching, development, and succession planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to leaders and team members.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources to improve organizational effectiveness and address employee relations matters.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with internal partners including Sales, Client Services, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
  • Provide operational leadership and support for client solutions, transportation strategies, and pricing initiatives.
  • Drive alignment and communication across departments to support enterprise goals.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage the operations budget, including forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Analyze staffing, payroll, and productivity to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Leverage management reporting, KPIs, and operational data to drive informed decision-making, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance profitability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, performance reviews, and cost controls to identify service and revenue improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, including multi-site oversight.
  • Prior experience at a Director or senior operations leadership level strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop management talent.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF-enabled environments, and operational reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and cultural engagement.
