As a Working Supervisor, you7ll help lead the team while also working alongside them to ensure everything gets done right.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations and supporting cleaning teams
• Working alongside employees to complete tasks when needed
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Performing quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Managing supplies, inventory, and equipment needs
• Communicating schedules, updates, and expectations
• Addressing customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensuring safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Helping maintain a positive and productive team environment
• Identifying team members ready for growth and advancement

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Leadership mindset (supervisory experience preferred, not required)
• Ability to work hands-on with a team
• Good communication and organization skills

• Reliable transportation
• Janitorial or facility services experience is a plus
