Our production operators play a critical role in our manufacturing environment. They are responsible for operating machinery and equipment used to create our products.
What our Operators do:
- Machine Operation – Control and monitor on machinery and equipment used in our powder metal processes.
- Quality Control – Perform visual inspections and complete quality checks with gauges and other measurement equipment.
- Safety Compliance – Ensure that our working environment meets safety standards and regulations by following all safety protocols, reporting any near misses and accidents, and addressing any potential safety hazards.
- High School Diploma
- Basic Math & Reading Skills
- Demonstrated Safety Mindset
