- Manufacturing Engineer for Warehouse / Kitting, supporting the Assembly and Special Process areas.
- Manage the scheduling and flow of SMR and Qualification Parts through the entire manufacturing process.
- Support Engineering Department with qualifications by gathering data, compiling documentation, generating reports and completing PVI documents.
- Work to reconcile any differences between Design Department requirements and factory manufacturing methods.
- Assist or lead improvements and education/training of Messier‑Bugatti USA organization in the areas of engineering and manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Write and/or update standard operating procedures, specific manufacturing routines, total preventive maintenance documentation and technical specifications.
- Collaborate and support all departments to implement process and/or equipment improvements to maximize the productivity, capacity and part quality.
- Improve equipment reliability through improved designs and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Make modifications to systems in accordance with engineering guidelines to support process development demands.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment.
- Subjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards.
- Work in/near electro‑magnetic fields created by high temperature induction furnaces.
- Must demonstrate the physical capacity to meet the demands of the "Heavy" Job Placement Assessment (JPA) as administered by St. Elizabeth Business Health Services.

- Associate's Degree or significant progress toward a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in related manufacturing is desirable.
- Working knowledge of company equipment design, operation, and maintenance preferred.
- Training in various principles of lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and standardized work preferred.
- Experience with induction systems and troubleshooting using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Knowledge of various types of hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, control valve, and pumping systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must have the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of education and experience.
- Excellent written communication skills including strong technical writing and comprehension skills.
- The ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practice and the capacity to plan, organize, collect, analyze and assess process data.
