** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and support production equipment to ensure efficient quarry operations and material flow
* Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of mobile and plant equipment
* Assist with loading, hauling, and stockpiling aggregates in a safe and efficient manner
* Monitor plant processes and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity
* Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety initiatives and training##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, or similar machinery
* Demonstrated commitment to working safely and following established procedures
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Reliability, accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
