At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently hiring a Material Handler based in Minster.

• Passing forklift certification and driving a stand-up forklift in either raw material warehouse or distribution cooler
• Working safely with a high attention to detail and quality
• Computer work including picking product using a warehouse management system and RF scanner
• Unload and load trucks
• Working as a team to achieve challenging production goals
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working in a standing position for most of a 12-hour shift
• Wearing a free uniform that includes safety shoes, bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, hairnet and beard net

The base rate for the Material Handler is 24.62 per hour, with night shift employees receiving an additional 1.00 per hour shift premium. • High School diploma or GED (required)
• Open schedule ability, including weekends and holidays when scheduled; 3-2-2 schedule
• Computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform physical demands of a fast-paced environment, 12-hour shifts, continuous walking or standing, repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, working in a cold environment (distribution cooler), and working at heights (in warehouse)
• Openness to learn and share with others
• Doer who takes ownership of product excellence and their working area
• Empowered to pursue improvements in Quality, Safety & Operations
• Previous forklift and warehousing experience is highly desirable
