About the RoleWe’re hiring an Aggregate Plant Maintenance / Operator to support daily plant operations through equipment operation and maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in keeping production running safely and efficiently.
This is a full‑time position based in West Millgrove, Ohio
.
- Operate aggregate plant equipment to support material production
- Assist with equipment maintenance and plant operations
- Help inspect conveyors, crushers, screens, and related systems
- Perform routine checks and report equipment issues or safety concerns
- Support material handling and general plant operations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Assist with plant clean‑up and site organization
- Follow all safety procedures and MSHA regulations
- Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain regular in‑person attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, or up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing, and working on uneven surfaces
- Ability to safely access and navigate plant facilities, including climbing ladders
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours as operational needs require
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred, but not required
- Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced environment
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
