Production Associate O1; SVLM 1st Shift, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work policies and procedures, EHS, Quality control inspections, schematics, and verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Follow GMPs and maintain good documentation skills.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Understand the production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non‑conforming and rework documentation requirements, and operate within them to ensure that the product conforms to its specifications.
• Be aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices associated with this job type/position.

• High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Ability to work well and communicate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Strong understanding of EHS, GMP, Quality, and Documentation practices.

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with MS Office programs.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Record (if required).

• Frequently move, climb stairs and ladders daily, and lift, carry, push or pull weight up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift or move weights greater than 50 lbs with assistance.
• Frequently squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach.
• Frequently use fingers and hands to grasp, clamp, move, handle and feel small objects.
• Require close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus on objects.
• Adhere to ISO5 environment and wear PPE including clean room gowning, chemical‑resistant clothing, safety glasses or goggles.
