Gestamp Automoción S.A. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader in Kentucky. This role focuses on developing and implementing the Gestamp Production System (GPS) across North America, enhancing safety, quality, and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, particularly in metal stamping and assembly. Strong knowledge of Lean principles and excellent communication skills are required for success in this position.
