Harmon, Inc. in West Chester, OH is seeking a Shop Tech I for full-time work on metal and glass fabrications. You will read shop drawings, load and unload materials, and perform cutting, fabrication, and assembly of window framing components with hand tools and powered equipment.
You will package finished frames, manage inventory, and help hit daily production goals while actively participating in 5S and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
